Café Taraneh

In a silent, repressed city, Taraneh, a young woman, struggles to keep her late parents’ old café alive — once a warm home for music and freedom. Now, under pressure from authorities and a judgmental society, she refuses to surrender to silence. Each night, she plays her piano and revives her parents’ recorded voices, turning grief into resistance. Cafe Taraneh is a poetic stop-motion film about a woman’s courage to keep the music alive when the world tries to mute her.
