Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think your account was used by someone else. You are responsible for what you submit under your account.

Film submissions

You confirm you hold the rights to the film and the material you upload, and that credits are accurate. Film submission rules, eligibility and prizes are set out in the festival rules. Submitting a film does not guarantee selection.

Profiles and claims

A profile is created for each credited person. You may claim a profile only if it is you, and we may ask for proof. We may remove or correct listings that are wrong or abusive.

Tickets, passes and sponsorship

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated. Ticket, pass and sponsorship terms shown at checkout apply, including any refund or transfer conditions. Sponsor benefits are described on each package.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, hateful or infringing material, attempt to break or overload the site, collect personal data from it, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content licence

You keep ownership of what you submit. You allow us to display it on the site and in festival promotion (stills, excerpts, credits and synopses) for as long as the listing is live.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
